i had an issue with my order, so i emailed customer service. they got back to me quickly and sorted it out without a bunch of back and forth. i’m taking one star off because the shipping update was a little confusing.

I’m 58, so I’ve tried plenty of powders that looked fine at first and then settled into every little line by lunchtime. This baked foundation from Laura Geller has been such a nice surprise because it actually sits smoothly on my skin and doesn’t make me look dry or cakey.

From my experience, the coverage is just right. It tones down my redness without covering my face so much that it stops looking natural. I use a light hand with a brush, and it gives me that polished but still real-skin look, which is exactly what I want.

I kind of had a feeling I’d like this Laura Geller makeup because I’d heard good things, but it still surprised me. I put it on around 7am and by the time I got home from work, it still looked good, even around the oily spots where my makeup usually gives up.
